Jedním z málo známých zdrojů znalostí týkajících se ITSM je OGC's Successful Delivery Toolkit. Je charakterizován takto:
"freely available electronic reference tool of best practice and guidance for use by OGC Gateway™ review teams, consultants, programme and project teams in departments, professional advisers, and those responsible for organisational standards. It is not a detailed "how to do" guide that substitutes for training on project management. The Toolkit will also be useful to senior management who needs a quick overview of key principles of business change management and to suppliers who need to know what departments will expect of them."
