Update on ITIL Refresh project
The OGC has sent out a newsletter with an update on the 'Refresh' project. this project is working on "ITIL version 3" and is due to finish in 2007. The Newsletter gives an overview of the project, has an interview published with the Project Manager Ms. Sharon Taylor and gives a brief overview of the new items in ITIL version 3.
Cituji z úvodu 1. vydání newsletteru:
A very warm welcome to the first ITIL® Refresh newsletter.
We’re delighted to be producing this for a number of reasons, not least because it’s the first time that every aspect of the project, publications, accreditation and examinations, have been brought together in this way.
So what have we got to offer you?
Our main aim is to make sure you are upto-date with the Refresh project and know what is happening and why. So in keeping with our pledge to give you official news straight from the source, we have an interview with Chief Architect Sharon Taylor who, amongst other topics, tells us who is involved in the project, when it started, and why she is so confident that it meets the needs of the community. To bring you the complete picture, other contributors
include OGC, The APM Group (APMG:
OGC’s official accreditor) and TSO (project manager of the ITIL Refresh project and OGC’s official publisher).
