A Guided Tour to the Application of BPM

Řízení procesů, jejich inovace a modelování, představují předmět
zájmu většiny firem, které usilují o zvýšení výkonnosti a efektinosti.
Dnes jsem narazil na materiál, který může dobře posloužit pro
výukový proces orientovaný na BPM.
