Aniž bych hodnotil oprávněnost či neoprávněnost poskytovaných závěrů, jsem přesvědčen, že tak podrobnou odpověď na otázku " Vyplatí se ITIL?" určitě stojí zato prostudovat.
Na začátku si autor staví sám tyto otázky:
Does ITIL deliver on its claims? Is it worth the effort and investment? As a way of running IT, where in various companies much of the design is already done, the implementation already experienced, the whole being backed up by academe and software production, it is undoubtedly the best we have. But is it really, in the eyes of those who live with it every day, actually good enough?
